The camp consists of 2 lake cottages (the Upper Cottage & the Lower Cottage) on Megunticook Lake Camden Maine that sleep a combined total of 7. It is located on a quiet cove in one of the most desired areas of Lake Megunticook 2 miles from Camden Harbor.

The Lower Cottage, sitting on the water's edge, is a charming century old camp. Its kitchen and bath were completely renovated this year (see photos in photo gallery) while keeping their old style charm. The  galley kitchen connects to a light and airy living/dining room area with 6 large original windows providing a gorgeous view of the lake and Camden hills. A cast iron propane stove makes it a cozy place to be on those chilly evenings and mornings. The master bedroom has a queen bed and windows overlooking the lake and there is a smaller bunk room (ideal for children), both of which connect to a full bath. The newly added screen porch is a nice place to relax in the shade or enjoy a drink in the evening while listening to the Loons in the distance. The beach and deep-water float are perfect for swimming & kayaking. The full afternoon sun makes it especially nice for sunbathing and afternoon picnics. There is a separate bathhouse next to the camp for changing. An outside shower was added this year (see photo).

Situated across Beaucaire Ave. on a wooded slope is the Upper Cottage with all the modern amenities including a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining / living area, and fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and adjoining bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a door to a second full bath that is also accessible from the hallway. This cottage has lovely views of the lake and a woodland feel.
